“Philly Girl here. Was looking forward to trying a cheesesteak here, especially after reading that the owners went to Philadelphia to learn the craft. They have some work some to do. Steak was too thick and overseasoned with pepper. Way too much Whiz. Could taste the steak. Whiz on a steak isn’t everyone’s cup of tea so they should offer choices of provolone and American cheeses. Price was steep. About $3 or $4 more than the best Phila places. A cheesesteak is “blue collar food” and should be priced with that in mind.”
