Steak was too thick and overseasoned with pepper. Way too much Whiz. Could taste the steak. Whiz on a steak isn’t everyone’s cup of tea so they should offer choices of provolone and American cheeses. Price was steep. About $3 or $4 more than the best Phila places. A cheesesteak is “blue collar food” and should be priced with that in mind.”
